With over three decades of experience, Andrew is recognised nationally for his expertise in managing complex sporting injuries, high-performance rehabilitation, and multidisciplinary athlete care. He is regularly sought for second and third opinions on challenging cases and has worked extensively in lead medical roles across Olympic, Paralympic, Commonwealth Games and professional sport environments. Andrew is the clinical lead at Clem Jones Centre Physio + Rehab in Carina, Brisbane, where he leads a multidisciplinary team and consults to athletes, families and the broader community across Queensland.

Andrew has represented Australia in Medical Headquarters roles at multiple Olympic Games, Paralympic Games and Commonwealth Games, providing clinical management across sports including Diving, Athletics, Weightlifting, BMX, Wheelchair Rugby and Gymnastics. His international travel includes the Tokyo Olympics, the Gold Coast and Birmingham Commonwealth Games, multiple FINA World Championships and global competition campaigns spanning more than a decade.

Andrew has been a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association since 1991 and has served in numerous national examining and training roles within the profession.
