Nat Soldatenko leads the standalone Pilates Studio at Clem Jones Centre Physio + Rehab — and serves as the Health Performance pillar lead within the Performance & Conditioning function. Her clinical practice combines exercise physiology, clinical Pilates and Remedial massage, with a particular focus on older adults, neurological rehabilitation and chronic disease management. Nat directs the Exercise physiology driven Pilates, leading small focused group and private classes, building toward three to four practitioners delivering across the full operating week.
