Fees and concessions
ABOUT YOUR APPOINTMENT
- Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete any paperwork required.
- Please bring along any referrals, paperwork or scans requested by your doctors or physio.
- It helps to wear comfortable clothing to your appointment that will allow you to move easily. Shorts, T-shirts, singlets and slightly loose fitting clothes can be helpful.
- Bring your Medicare, insurance and any concession cards you have with you to your appointment. We can submit all eligible claims to Medicare or your insurer for you.
- Please talk to our staff if your appointment is Workcover or NDIS related, we're happy to help.
