Our Hydro-Recovery Classes are designed to provide a supportive, low-impact environment for rehabilitation at our hydrotherapy pool facility in the Clem Jones Centre.

Whether you’re recovering from an injury or seeking to enhance your overall wellness, our group classes are led by Clem Jones Centre Physio + Rehab physios and exercise scientists.

Our classes will help you with:
